so when you start if you want to change the key press the change key button and select the window that is prompting you to select a key if it is not already selected and press that key, it will save that key

after that or if you do not want to change the key, minimize the app and the command prompt and when you need to press the key that you selected and it will alt-tab

you may need python to be installed to run it
