Platformer Hell PC

This version of platformer hell(the latest), I have made a launcher for

read the README.txt first

and only launch the launcher.exe not launcher.bat

launcher.bat is for localhosting

also do not rename anything please, the code does not work when you do that

just launch the launcher.exe and if you do not have python installed(for local hosting), click install python in the launcher, otherwise just click launch platformer hell
