the title is misspelled deliberately

space or touch/click the screen to play and avoid the veggies and eat the meat

for windows:

either the .zip or the .exe, the .exe is an installer

for mac:

the .zip macos

for linux:

.APPIMAGE

for mobile:

.apk

all none mobile ones require winzip exept the .exe installer(winzip  should  have a port to the os)
